Q: When can I expect to receive my order?
Our aim is to despatch all stock items the same day if ordered before 12pm on Monday to Friday on a next day service (subject to stock availability).
If ordered before 12pm on a Friday orders will be despatched for a Monday delivery. If ordered after 12pm on a Friday orders will be processed and despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (subject to stock availability).
Orders placed during a Bank Holiday period will be processed and despatched the next business day (subject to stock availability).
Q: How do I know when my order has been despatched?
Provided we have an email address you will be notified when your consignment has been despatched, please ensure someone will be available to receive the order as Parcel Force will attempt two deliveries only.
Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
Whilst we take every care to ensure all orders arrive in the correct condition, sometimes this is out of our control. It is therefore important that you inspect the parcel on receipt and write on the carriers delivery note if anything is missing or damaged. A signature with "received in good condition" may void any subsequent claim for damage in transit. If there is a problem with your delivery we must also be notified in writing (sales@brightsidepackaging.co.uk) within 48 hours of receipt.
Q: What happens if my order does not arrive on time?
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving on time, please notify us within 7 days from placing your order and we will endeavour to solve the problem.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
If the item is found to be unsuitable through no fault of Brightside Packaging Ltd (i.e. if you have changed your mind) then we will only accept returns under exceptional circumstances and this will be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to refuse to refund money for products purchased in error which are not in a re-sellable condition.
Q: How do I return my item if it arrives incorrect/damaged?

Q: Can I open a 30 day credit account?
Unfortunately at the moment we can only accept payment via credit/debit cards, Bacs or cheques. However, if you wish to discuss this further than please contact us on 01531 632707 or sales@brightsidepackaging.co.uk
Q: What is the minimum order value?
We do not have a minimum order value, however orders have to be placed in pack quantities stated on the website. Orders over the value of £150 are delivered free.
Q: Can I specify a different delivery address to my card billing address?
Yes you can as long as this is stated at the checkout stage.
Q: What happens if I do not complete the checkout process?
If the checkout process is not completed your order will not be processed. On completion of checkout you will be informed if your order is successful and receive a confirmation e-mail. Q: Do you accept orders internationally?
We only accept GBP Sterling payments and we only deliver to the UK. Please see our delivery services and cost page for more information on postcodes we deliver to.
Q: Can I buy packaging made to my requirements?
Yes we have a design department which can advise you on your packaging requirements and for a small cost a sample can be sent to you, depending on your requirement.
