Returns and Exchanges

If the stock item you have ordered arrives damaged or is incorrect we can arrange for a full refund, credit or exchange at no extra cost to you. Just simply notify the sales office within 48 hours of purchase on 01531 632707 or sales@brightsidepackaging.co.uk

Please check the condition of your item when it arrives before you sign the carriers delivery note otherwise this may invalidate your claim. It is important to note on the carriers delivery advice any damage or shortages. Please see our FAQs for more information.

Please note that any non-stocked item such as boxes made for you cannot be returned on confirmation of order.

Please allow 2-3 days for your returned items to reach us. As soon as we receive these items we aim to resolve the problem within 24 hours. We will then either issue a credit, exchange or refund to the total value of goods returned.
