Delivery services and costs
Free Delivery on all orders over £300. Orders under £300 have a delivery charge of £8.95 (including VAT).
Delivery Surcharges - Due to higher rates charged by the carriers the following post codes carry a surcharge of £7.90 per consignment.
Highlands and Islands of Scotland - IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.
The following post codes carry a surcharge of £19.75 per consignment.
Northern Island, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - BT, IM, TR21-25,
Central London carry a congestion charge per consignment of £0.50 - W1, W2 (partially) W8, W10, W11, NW1 (partially), WC1 (partially), EC1-4 (partially), SW1, SW3, SW7, SE1 (partially), SE11 (partially).
Estimated Despatch Times
Our aim is to despatch all stock items the same day if ordered before 12pm on Monday to Friday on a next day service (subject to stock availability).
If ordered before 12pm on a Friday orders will be despatched for a Monday delivery. If ordered after 12pm on a Friday orders will be processed and despatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday (subject to stock availability).
Orders placed during a Bank Holiday period will be processed and despatched the next business day (subject to stock availability).
We are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery by the courier. Our carriers deliver between 0900 and 1730 on the first attempt and between 0700 and 1900 on the second delivery attempt.
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes
Out of stock situations.
In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified of the delay and we will despatch your order as soon as stock becomes available.
Delivery Notification
Provided we have an email address you will be notified when your consignment has been despatched, please ensure someone will be available to receive the order as Parcel Force will attempt two deliveries only.
Consignment Inspection
Please inspect the package and mark on the carriers note any damaged or missing parcels. Writing unchecked, not inspected will not be accepted by the carriers if a claim is made.
